Transmitter Hunt
CARP will be sponsoring a T-Hunt on Saturday August 8th starting at the Clovis Senior Center parking lot. The hunt will begin promptly at 10:00 am so be sure to arrive early.
At the conclusion of the hunt, we will all converge on a local eating establishment to swap stories of the day.

The Clovis Amateur Radio Pioneers fireworks stand begins Sunday June 28th. The club’s annual fundraising event will run through July 4th. The stand is located on the north/west corner of Clovis and Shaw Avenues, in the Carl’s Jr. Parking lot.
In previous years the fundraising event has brought needed money to help support and expand the club’s repeater system and club activities. Members are encouraged to volunteer time to help man the stand. Even if you can not support the club by working the stand, come out and purchase some fireworks to support your club.
While fireworks can only be sold during the week leading up to the fourth of July, it is legal in the City of Clovis to set off fireworks year round.
